Amizade offers study abroad programs for university students, customized service-learning programs for groups, and some opportunities for individual volunteers. We’re proud to collaborate with a large network of different partners, from universities and high schools to corporations, community centers and religious institutions. Our short term and customized programs are perfect for high school students looking to gain cross-cultural and volunteer experience. Amizade works with high school groups from across the US to plan programs for teenagers, and we have more than a decade of experience working with participants in this age group.

Amizade partners with youth centers, after-school programs, faith-based nonprofits and religious institutions, YMCAs, government agencies, and other clubs and organizations to make sure that all people have access to life-changing global experiences. We make it a priority to partner with community organizations that work with traditionally underrepresented young people.

FOR COMPANIES
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept which acknowledges a company’s role in and ability to foster sustainable economic development and positive social impact through both their local and global communities. CSR can be practiced through environmental efforts, philanthropy, ethical labor practices, and volunteerism.
