Who said reflection was all about sitting in a circle and talking about feelings?

This 4-hour immersive workshop invites you to experience first-hand the power of simple structures to make reflection highly purposeful, participatory, and engaging. We will draw from Amizade’s 25-year experience facilitating reflection on GSL programming as well as incorporate new frontiers we are exploring integrating Liberating Structures design principles into our reflective practice model. Together, we will notice and disrupt conventional ways of facilitating reflection and rapidly learn and practice 4-6 new ways to structure group interaction. This will include processes to help groups improve understanding, strengthen relationships, engage in collaborative problem-solving, and make thoughtful effective decisions.
