Originally from Hudson, Ohio, Bridget’s commitment to fostering transformative cross-cultural learning and responsible global citizenship began as an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame, where she received her bachelor’s degree in peace studies and music performance.  While at Notre Dame, she studied abroad in Chile and was awarded four fellowships to travel to El Salvador, Peru, Israel and Palestine.  Before returning to the U.S. to complete her master’s in conflict transformation at the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University, Bridget worked for two years at an inner-city school in Santiago, Chile.  Most recently, she has been exploring the nexus between the arts and peacebuilding as an actor and conductor for Inside Out Playback Theater in Harrisonburg, Virginia.  She is passionate about process design and developing creative facilitation structures to aid collaboration, civic dialogue and meaningful reflection.
