Your entire donation is applied toward the important effort you've indicated, but some of your donation is affected by the real costs of the donation transaction en route to our community partner. These costs include credit card processing fees, wiring fees, receipt processing, the annual audit that helps us maintain our 501c3 nonprofit status, and careful record-keeping to verify the legitimacy of the programming for which you've made a donation. We absolutely ensure that 90% of your donation is extended directly to the program you've marked, even if we lose some money by holding to that 90% standard (which we sometimes do).
