Program Application
To apply, please complete and send the
- Amizade Program Application,
- Disciplinary Form
- and $25 application fee.
Application Process
Your completed application will be reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt at the Amizade Office and you will receive an email with the relevant decision. Applications will not be reviewed until the application, disciplinary form, and application fee are received.
Once accepted into a program, participants receive enrollment information and program documents to review and complete. More information about the program registration process is available on the Accepted Students page.
